Yet, between 75-85% of churches in the United States have plateaued or are in decline. Many churches need help, but as leaders, we don’t always see things clearly in our own context. Declined, plateaued, or growing, all churches could use a fresh set of eyes to help evaluate where they’re at and where they need to go.

Contact Ozark Hills Consulting for a free 30-60 minute discovery call to assess our ability to assist you, discuss pricing, and decide if you want to move forward.
If you feel that Ozark Hills may be a good fit for your church’s needs, you’ll receive a proposal and contract detailing the project’s steps and scope, consultation schedule, and final costs. That way there will be no surprises or hidden fees. Once accepted, we’ll begin the consultation process and secure your community demographics and psychographics report.
Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll schedule all onsite work. This includes any interviews, facility tours, and other relevant activities.
Once the consultation work is complete, your Ozark Hills consultant will compile all data and produce a final report summarizing findings and offering recommendations to help your church move forward. Three-to-six months after you receive the report, you’ll have the opportunity for a final coaching call to discuss the process.
